What to expect

Join a small, supportive group for a weekend retreat designed to strengthen your authentic leadership style. Kicking off with a welcome dinner on Friday, July 4th, you'll connect with peers and dive into a full day of workshops, exercises, and practical challenges on Saturday. You'll leave with a personalised leadership roadmap and tools you can use immediately.

Set in the city of Bath in the UK, located just a 14-minute walk from Bath Spa train station, right in the heart of Bath, only 1 hour 20 minutes from London Paddington, or 38 minutes from Bristol Airport.

This intimate retreat is limited to 20 participants for deep conversation and tailored support. Dinner, materials, and some great swag are included.

Dave Martin founded Confidence In, believing that solid product leadership improves the lives of both customers and employees. Drawing on over two decades of experience as a product leader, multiple tech business exits, and more than 5,000 hours of leadership coaching, he has witnessed firsthand the positive leadership habits that foster high performance. Pippa Topp

Pippa Topp is a product leader, coach, and consultant with over 15 years of experience across brands such as Hive, Charlotte Tilbury, eBay Classifieds, Tes, and giffgaff. Known for combining strategic product thinking with emotional intelligence, she helps product leaders build confident and resilient teams. Currently Interim CPO at giffgaff, she also runs EQ Product Group, where she supports individuals in unlocking their “pockets of brilliance.”
