Participating in the Confidence In You program has been a significant step in the journey to establishing myself as a Product Leader. I enjoyed the program a lot and found the program massively impactful. CALM is not just an acronym - it's how leadership should feel, and throughout the program Dave helps to achieve that inner state. The program makes a lot of emphasis on the "how" vs "what" leaders do, and is very much oriented on putting learning in action. It's calendar friendly 10-20 min long videos and practical exercises wavered into the narrative. And my favourite part is monthly support calls to share experience and learn from fellow cohort members. It's the best content on leadership I've encountered in recent years and highly recommend it.
